Grapes harvested when perfectly ripe, pressed and left to ferment for a period of 6 to 12 days at a controlled temperature (about 30°C) and then gently pressed. Wine aged in steel vats to maintain all the richness of the aromas. Vin de Pays d'Oc vineyard in southern France in the Languedoc-Roussillon region.

| Vinificazione: | Metà delle uve viene vinificate in modo tradizionale e l'altra metà con una macerazione pre-fermentativa a caldo: le uve vengono riscaldate fino a 80°C, quindi poste nelle vasche dove la macerazione a caldo continua per 8-12 ore. Il vino viene rimontato, pressato e filtrato, e segue la vinificazione a 20°C. Un'ingegnosa combinazione di entrambi i metodi. |
