Frequent questions

How can I pay for the goods?

You can pay the goods comfortably by bank transfer in advance or by cash on delivery or bank check to the courier upon delivery.

(For cash on delivery there is an additional cost of 2% on the total invoice value).

How long does it take to receive the goods?

Once the payment has been received, if made by bank transfer, your goods will be prepared immediately and shipped the same day.

We use BRT for deliveries in Italy which takes 24 or at most 48 working hours.

Can I order a small amount of goods?

Of course. There are no minimum order.

As Michele will explain to you, shipping costs will be excluded from the price of the product and will be progressive with the weight of your order. So the more you order, the less you'll spend on shipping, but there's no limit to small orders.
