The vineyards are cultivated with Barbera, the so-called "Rubino di Vinchio" and other typical vines of the area, such as Dolcetto, Cortese, Grignolino, Nebbiolo, Brachetto and Moscato, Freisa and Bonarda without forgetting some international vines that are well suited to our hills such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Viognier. The vineyards of the members extend mainly in the municipalities of Vinchio and Vaglio Serra
and, in a more limited part, in the neighboring municipalities. Most of them yes
overlooks very steep slopes, which makes their working
particularly arduous but offers the advantage of optimal exposures, which face the sun throughout the day, guaranteeing the bunches a high sugar content which, together with the particular mineral composition of the soils, guarantees those peculiar characteristics typical of excellent quality wines.
