The winery has a vineyard area of about 35 hectares where the main typical vines of the region are grown: Vermentino, Monica, Cannonau, Moscato, Nasco, Malvasia, Nuragus. Shiraz, Merlot, Sangiovese are also cultivated. The vineyards are located in southern Sardinia, more precisely in the municipality of Ussana in the Lower Campidano area of Cagliari, in clayey-sandy soils ventilated by the breeze that arrives from the sea a few kilometers away. All the vineyards are equipped with a special drip irrigation system. The planting layout corresponds to one meter by two with an espalier system for red and white berried grapes, while for Moscato the system is sapling. Equipped with its own agricultural vehicles for the necessary processes, after careful selection, the company also buys grapes from private individuals.

The Cantine Locci Zuddas Antonio Snc di Locci Carlo e C. started the business in 1950 and since then the business has continued uninterruptedly. Initially the company marketed bulk wine, emphasizing quality over quantity, purchasing grapes and wine from private individuals and acquiring important marketing shares at regional and national level as well as in the main world capitals, in Japan, Australia, China and Canada, currently in America. The sons of the owner Carlo Locci - Matteo and Tommaso - have followed in their father's footsteps and, in the last 5 years, building on the experience gained in 60 years of family-run business, have given impetus to the bottled and bottled wine market.
