The company owns 12 hectares intended for the cultivation of vines. These lands are located in a hilly area, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica, at an average altitude of 250 meters above sea level. The vines, facing south-west, are placed on terraces supported by stone walls, called "marogne" with a "marogne" simple pergola” and “double pergola”. The soil is very light, calcareous and rich in skeleton. The Venturini company produces and makes wine only its own grapes: Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara. From the vinification of these grapes the Venturini obtain the precious wines of the Valpolicella Classica with Denomination of Controlled Origin: Amarone, Recioto, Ripasso, Valpolicella Superiore, Valpolicella Classico and Rosso IGT "Massimino".
