Ingredients
- 280 g Carnaroli rice
- 1/2 cup of Glera
- 100 g of Parmesan
- 1 white onion
- butter (to taste)
- Salt to taste)

- Blend with the Glera and let the liquid absorb. Once blended, pour a ladle of broth and continue cooking by adding the latter until the rice is ready (it will take about 15-18 minutes).
- Remove from the heat, add the diced butter (30 g) and the cheese to the pot. Then stir until it reaches a creamy consistency and serve. If you want, you can finish the risotto with parmesan with a sprinkling of pepper.
