Ingredients
- 2 white peaches or nectarines
- 200 g of tonic water
- 200 g of white wine
- mint leaves
Method
- First, peel the peaches and cut them into wedges.
- Collect the peaches in a carafe, add the wine and tonic water.
- Add a few mint leaves, mix and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours before serving.
