Peaches in white wine and mint are being prepared in four and four eight!

Ingredients

  • 2 white peaches or nectarines
  • 200 g of tonic water
  • 200 g of white wine
  • mint leaves

Method

  1. First, peel the peaches and cut them into wedges.
  2. Collect the peaches in a carafe, add the wine and tonic water.
  3. Add a few mint leaves, mix and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours before serving.
