But what's better than a good ice lolly to cool off on hot summer days? I'll tell you the recipe to prepare delicious ice lollies with Sauvignon Blanc, peach and vanilla !

Ice lollies with Sauvignon Blanc, peach and vanilla

With this recipe you can make 10 popsicles.

Ingredients

  • 120 g of sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanillin
  • 3 or 4 ripe peaches
  • 200 g of Sauvignon Blanc

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, put the sugar and 2 tablespoons of water. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Remove from the heat and allow the syrup to cool completely.
  3. Rinse the peaches and dry them. Remove the core with a knife, cut them into small pieces and blend everything with the mini-pimer (you can also leave a few intact pieces aside).
  4. Add the Sauvignon Blanc and sugar syrup, vanillin and mix well.
  5. Pour into molds and put in the freezer until the mixture becomes solid. (4 to 6 hours).
