Ice lollies with Sauvignon Blanc, peach and vanilla
With this recipe you can make 10 popsicles.
Ingredients
- 120 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 3 or 4 ripe peaches
- 200 g of Sauvignon Blanc
Preparation
- In a saucepan, put the sugar and 2 tablespoons of water. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Remove from the heat and allow the syrup to cool completely.
- Rinse the peaches and dry them. Remove the core with a knife, cut them into small pieces and blend everything with the mini-pimer (you can also leave a few intact pieces aside).
- Add the Sauvignon Blanc and sugar syrup, vanillin and mix well.
- Pour into molds and put in the freezer until the mixture becomes solid. (4 to 6 hours).
