Pinot noir ice lollies and blackberries... amaze your guests!

Is the heat felt? Nothing, panic! Here is the recipe for preparing fresh Pinot Noir and blackberry popsicles .

Pinot Noir ice lollies and blackberries

With the doses indicated in the recipe, you can prepare about 10 ice lollies.


  • 120 g of sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanillin
  • 400 g of frozen blackberries
  • 200 g of Pinot Noir


  1. In a saucepan, put the sugar and 2 tablespoons of water. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. Remove from the heat and allow the syrup to cool completely.
  3. Put the blackberries, the Pinot Noir, the sugar syrup and the vanillin in a mixer or in the jug of the mini-pimer and blend until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour into molds and put in the freezer until the mixture becomes solid. (4 to 6 hours).
