Pinot Noir ice lollies and blackberries
With the doses indicated in the recipe, you can prepare about 10 ice lollies.
Ingredients
- 120 g of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 400 g of frozen blackberries
- 200 g of Pinot Noir
Preparation
- In a saucepan, put the sugar and 2 tablespoons of water. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Remove from the heat and allow the syrup to cool completely.
- Put the blackberries, the Pinot Noir, the sugar syrup and the vanillin in a mixer or in the jug of the mini-pimer and blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour into molds and put in the freezer until the mixture becomes solid. (4 to 6 hours).
