If you want to impress your guests with a delicious summer cocktail, combine the Glera with pineapple juice and you're done!
Ingredients
- 1 liter of Glera (Prosecco)
- 400ml of pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- pineapple slices to decorate
Preparation
- In a carafe, I mix the wine and the pineapple juice.
- Add the sugar and mix lightly, then place in the fridge to cool.
- When serving, pour into glasses and decorate with pineapple pieces.
